Three questions worth asking

Do you charge per technician?
Most flat rate price book software bills per user, per month. Add a tech, add a bill. AccuPrice is one price for the whole company — hire ten guys, the price doesn't move.

How often does pricing update?
Quarterly is the industry standard. Your material pricing can sit three months stale while your supplier raises prices twice. AccuPrice updates monthly.

Can you take your pricing with you?
Plenty of platforms won't let you export your own price book. If you leave, you start over. AccuPrice exports to CSV any time — it's your data.

What your file needs
Your export has to break each task into its material and its labor hours. That separation is the whole point — once we can see the parts, we monitor them and your book moves when your costs move. A task-and-price book can't do that. It just sits there while your supplier raises prices.
Not separated? We build it out with you and quote that separately. Send your file first — we'll tell you which one you've got before you pay.
Good to know

- Quarterly plans bill every three months and run quarter to quarter. Cancel any time.
- Auto-renewal
- Every plan keeps a card on file and renews automatically until you cancel.
- If you cancel
- Your pricing stays in QuickBooks, Jobber, or the CSV you exported.
- Changing tiers
- Upgrade any time, prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
